We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Please read our policy below then contact us via email at [email protected] with the details of your request and your order.
We’ll gladly accept a return of any regular-priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags attached.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For all orders, Australian and International, you can choose to return for store credit or a full refund. If you are approved for one, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (i.e. credit card).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
